Indulge In A Luxurious And Exceptional Dining Experience At Meat Market Boca Raton

Encountering a well-known establishment in your area is always a pleasure, especially when it’s a top-tier steakhouse making a stylish return.

Recently, during the fall season, Meat Market revealed its elegant new venue in Boca Raton. Situated within the renovated Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel, this sophisticated eatery is the most recent addition to its restaurant family, joining locations in Tampa, Palm Beach, and San Juan.

Upon entering, the ambiance immediately conveys a sense of exclusivity. The expansive outdoor patio is an ideal setting for Happy Hour, offering specialty cocktails and sangria pitchers daily from 3 to 6 p.m. (Be sure to try the upscale snacks like gouda tater tots and roasted escargot available from 4 to 6 p.m.).

Warm and friendly servers kick off your culinary journey with a sample of their irresistible spiced Peruvian corn. Pair this with one of their innovative cocktails such as a signature Mai Tai, Watermelon Breeze, or Fresca Pepino, or opt for a classic martini.

Meat Market proudly presents a delightful raw bar featuring a daily assortment of oysters and jumbo shrimp cocktail served with a zesty red remoulade infused with fresh horseradish.

A standout appetizer includes the crispy Wagyu beef dumplings accompanied by charred kimchee cabbage and brown miso aioli, presented so exquisitely it’s almost a shame to eat. Additional featured starters encompass BBQ Wagyu beef ribs, prime roasted bone marrow, a slider duo, roasted cauliflower, and wood-grilled artichoke.

Meat Market Boca Raton also offers an impressive selection of market sushi, such as an Imperial Roll with fresh salmon and tuna, and a Nigiri Platter. For those seeking true indulgence, the A-5 Wagyu king roll is a must-try, featuring seared A-5 Wagyu tenderloin, miso roasted crab, asparagus, garlic cream cheese, black truffle caviar, and truffle yaki sauce.

When it comes to the main course, the sliced tomato, onion, and blue cheese salad radiates classic steakhouse charm with a sophisticated flair. Although listed as a side dish, it can surely be relished as a shared salad.

Steaks are served a la carte, so don’t overlook the special side dishes meant for sharing. Wood-grilled broccolini is elevated with Romesco sauce, onion rings are accompanied by jalapeno ranch dip, and crispy Brussels sprouts are garnished with bacon, almonds, and pickled red onion.

An assortment of sauces is at your disposal to enhance your steak, including classic Bernaise, peppercorn cognac, wild mushroom and truffle, and a luxurious bleu and Boursin butter.

If you can find space for dessert, savor their Oreo cheesecake paired with an espresso martini to conclude your unforgettable dining experience.
